I booked my taxi in advance and it was waiting for me on time. Overall satisfied it’sfaster than going through the call line. One thing to improve would be to cancel how it sends pop ups every time it recognises my adress (not needed), but overall good !

Keeps saying internet unavailable although I checked and my internet is working perfectly well. I updated the app still same issue. Uber and all other apps work fine!

It sends you a validation code via sms. When you switch screens on the iPhone to read the sms and switch back, the app disables the keyboard, so you can’t type in the code. No help link, so writing a review is the only way to get help. Maybe... Geneva’s only other taxi app never sends the sms. Uber is all there is and that’s just evil.

I have been using the app for many years but two weeks ago in Geneva it simply did not work. First I ordered a taxi from my hotel and it could not tell me where the taxi was and whether it had arrived. When I called the taxi driver he was waiting at the back door and eventually made it to the front door. When I booked the car in advance for a 8:50am pick up at the hotel, it showed up 10 minutes late, picked up the wrong passenger. Totally unreliable and makes services like Uber a very welcome option for the consumers.

I was nervous to rely on an app ordered anything in CH but I trusted it more than my French to ensure I got an early pickup. The app is Uber- like and intuitive, great service, prices ...well it's Geneva
